1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services or booking a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

2. Service Eligibility

To use our limousine services:

•    You must be at least 18 years old.
•    You must provide accurate and complete information.
•    You must have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.

3. Booking and Reservations

When placing a booking:

•    All reservations must be confirmed with valid contact and payment details.
•    Full payment or a deposit may be required when booking.
•    Reservation changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
•    Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

You will receive an email or phone confirmation upon successful booking.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please note our cancellation terms:

•    More than 24 hours in advance: Full refund.
•    Less than 24 hours in advance: 50% cancellation fee.
•    No-show without notice: 100% fee.

Special events and holiday bookings may have stricter cancellation conditions, disclosed when booking.

5. Pricing and Payment

•    All prices are quoted in USD.
•    Pricing includes base fare, standard service fees, and taxes.
•    Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or tolls.
•    Tips/gratuities are not included unless otherwise noted.
•    We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed rate.

6. Conduct and Responsibility

Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the ride:

•    No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior is allowed.
•    Damage to the vehicles caused by passengers will result in repair or cleaning charges.
•    The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service if safety is at risk.

Any breach of conduct may lead to immediate termination of the ride without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Connecticut Limos is not liable for:

•    Delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen road conditions.
•    Loss of personal belongings during service.
•    Any consequential damage arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service failures due to events beyond our control, such as:

•    Natural disasters
•    Strikes or labor disputes
•    Road closures or government regulations
•    Terrorism or public emergencies

In such cases, we will try to reschedule your service or provide a suitable alternative.

9. Website Use and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Connecticut Limos and is protected by U.S. copyright laws.

You agree not to:
